The moving works out pretty smoothly: guys in the warehouse used a forklift to load the saw/pallet into the back of trailer and then uses anther pallet as a fork extension to push the saw into the back of the trailer. Then I strapped down everything tightly and also wrapped the motor to the saw body to prevent excessive vibration.
After driving back, I took off the fence and the rails, then the table tops. No stuck screws/nuts. I carefully tilted the saw body towards a dolly and moved the saw into the shop. Basically I used a strap hooking to the saw and pulled the strap to tilt the saw; also use my body against the dolly, otherwise the dolly will back off.
I will start to restore it during the Christmas holidays; it is going to fun!
