Karl,
I built a pre-filter box that fits over my wall unit. It's quite simply built from 1/4" ply, glued and tacked to a stick frame. It slides over the top of the unit, held to the wall with a...

i think these are what you are looking for.
I swear by the Rockler All-terrain mobile bases. They are highly configurable for all sizes and you can buy additional stretchers for longer benches, machinery footprints. They roll easily on level...
Cody, I have a Wagner MMC220 extended range pinless moister meter for sale that I'll be listing in Classifieds later today. A bit more than it looks like you want to spend, but it's a great meter....
I've got the DeWalt track saw with the 102" and 59" rails. A shorter rail would be nice, probably around 32", but IMO not necessary. I have the router attachment for the rail and use it to do dadoes...
A couple months ago I bought a Tenryu MP-30560AB Miter Pro Plus 12" blade for my Bosch Axial Glide. It has -3 degree rake (hook) angle. I've not used a Chopmaster, but have had Freud, CMT and Onsrud...
Their regular retail price is $349, but they discount them at the WW Shows for $199. Worth the wait if you really want a set.
Hey David,
Look at this. The Woodworking Show is in Atlanta the beginning of March.

Happy Birthday!
If you really want to get the Plano vertical press clamp system, Peachtree woodworking sells their version call PanelMax. I believe they are virtually the same. If you have a 'Woodworking Show' near...
You can buy the Byrd head with the bearings already pressed on. Holbren sells them that ways, as other vendors probably do to. I suggest you go that direction. Less hassle.
I haven't done it to my DW735, but have been contemplating doing so. Doesn't seem too difficult, if you follow the instructions. As others have said, there are videos on youtube, which I've watched....
Give Brian, at Holbren a call. He has excess inventory of Byrd heads for the DW735 for $375, delivered. Bearings are already pressed on. That's the cheapest I've ever seen them.
And yes, WN is...
Links are there for the few items I clicked on. Lower left side of the item page, below the photo.
I have the Infinity Pro coping sled. IMO, it's a great sled. The toggle clamps make it easy to cope a small production run, as opposed to screw down clamps. You can use it sliding against your table...
Jeffrey, did the same retrofit on my Dc-1100. Bought the bracket and cone from Jet and got the metric screws, nuts and washers for a couple bucks from Home Depot. Definitely makes a huge difference....
I bought one at Home Depot, similar to this one http://t.homedepot.com/p/BLACK-BULL-50-ft-Retractable-Air-Hose-Reel-with-Auto-Rewind-AHAR50/204489739/ about 12 years ago. Mounted to the ceiling. Use...
If you are going to use shelf pins, you'll definitely need brass supports with sleeves, like the Woodworkers pins in your post. Brusso also makes HD shelf pins and sleeves...
Gene, as Prashun posted, it's called Waxlit. It's actually a machinery table surface lubricant, but also used by some as a glue release for squeeze out. It's hard to find online these days. Google it...
Roger, reviving your old thread. I'm thinking of getting the Wixey WR550 also, for my Delta DC-380. Do you still have the planer, if so, how is the Wixey working out for you?
Rick, I have not checked to see if there is power OUT on the switch. I will do that when I have a chance.
David, the centrifugal switch does open when it gets up to full speed. I only hard wired...
