Very nice work. My only question is why do the back splat lines not follow the line of the upper curved rail of the back? I know it's just a design consideration, and everyone's design "eye" is perhaps different, but it's the only thing about the rockers that bothers my eye.
Certainly nice work you've done, though.

I really don't know what to say, they are just beautiful. They should be in and art gallery someplace for people to look at and not set in.
Just AWESOME!!
What a stunning set of chairs! I'm just amazed at the craftsmanship and elegance.

These need to be in an art gallery.
where have I seen these chairs before, hahaha, hey man, sorry I couldn't make it to your show, I got too caught up in my hairshow duties.
I didn't even make it to the wood show.
you did good processing the pics, very good, maybe some more cloning on the floor, but they look good.
was really great having you over, I enjoyed seeing them close up and it really makes me happy to see you even using them.
take care and talk to you soon, ready for more pics when you are
Bravo Bravo!

Outstanding with a capital "O"! I have seen Maloof's work on many occasions and have been in his seminars twice. This is up there with what I have seen from the "old man" who I have utmost respect for as both a chair-maker and human being!

Hey Sascha! You have to see the printed version of my handout, of course you are credited for the photos. The show went well and I plan on doing several more. I am working on some new stuff of my own design for the next one so we'll have more pictures to do.
Beautiful work! That zebra one is terrific!

I think I'll stick to photography for my artistic endeavors. My woodworking skills, I'm afraid, will never be able to match the quality of your work.

Very nice. "Wow" is certainley a justifiable first impression. The Zebra is stunning.
Question on the plans.
Did you build exactly per the plans or did you deviate a little?
How was the quality of the plans and associated templates?
Once again. Very nice work!
