The sun & the man in the moon

Hello once again everyone I was able to put the final touches on my latest piece.
"THE SUN & THE MAN IN THE MOON"
This segmented piece is made from Curupau and Sapele and it finished at 16" D x 7 1/2" T . After turning on the lathe there was some hand carving on the bowl section. Then I made the base from Sapele hand drawn and carved man in the moons. Everything was finished with Deft sanding sealer and then hand waxed with bees wax.
A video link of me turning the wings on the bowl. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-x2wKODu9xU&t=9s
