    There was a story, I think in one of those, "make your business better" type books about a company that was spread out over 2 floors of the same big city building. They sent an envelope from Dept A on one floor to Dept B on the next floor by interoffice mail. They sent an identical envelope by large courier to the same place. The courier package went all over the place before it arrived at Dept B but it still, IIRC, beat the interoffice envelope.

    I have a UPS ground package coming that was accidentally sent to Colorado instead of Minnesota. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday, but is now scheduled for delivery tomorrow (Wednesday.) It isn't anything I am in a huge hurry for.
