Nice work Stan! How did you mask the wood when you painted the black into the guitar outline? Oramask, sign vinyl, or ??
Thanks,
David
did not mask it , check the video at the end.
seal it first then paint the black , then sand it and reseal
its easier than the masking
I really like that design, Stan. It's very eye catching.

The most expensive tool is the one you buy "cheaply" and often...
same here , I don't play a guitar but like to use them as graphic models
have a done a lot
That's a very cool design. I just finished a walnut+maple turntable cabinet and I'm toying with an idea like this for the drawer front. Well done!
thanks a lot
Stan - I notice that you use many large paper drawings to do your trace demonstrations. Where are you sourcing your large paper drawings?
Thanks,
David
There is a local print shop in our town, and i also have a 24 inch roll feed cannon printer
I use the canon a lot
Yes its quite handy , does sheets and a 24 inch roll feed, AND is a 24 inch scanner ie for blue prints I guess ...scans to print or scans to usb port
its ok
