    Endurovar conversion varnish

I brushed on what I thought was my regular General Finishes Endurovar but afterwards I discovered I had used my Endurovar conversion varnish instead, but without adding the catalyst.

Will the finish hold up? Or does it change the resilience?

    thanks, Mark

I think you mean Enduro Conversion Varnish, yes? IIRC, that product is a genuine conversion varnish, unlike TC's, so the catalyst is required for it to perform well. My guess is it won't be nearly as durable by any measure without the catalyst. I would give GF a call.

I hope you had on a good respirator using that stuff. The iso-cyanurate catalyst is nasty stuff.

Thanks John, yes I mangled the brand wording, and you are right.
Guess I'll sand it back and go again.
