    Incra I-Box

I like the looks and strength of a box joint but I don't like installing and removing the dado blades. Went to Lowes and bought a small Porter Cable portable table saw. Set-up the I-Box on the portable table saw and it takes care of my needs.

Good plan! I had a small but 10" direct drive Craftsman saw given to me and mounted it on brackets off the end of my work bench. I am in the process of building a box joint jig and using the little saw strictly for that. It is mounted with the top flush with the bench top and acts as an extension of the bench when not in use. Store my portable generator underneath so lose basically no floor space.
Would love to have an I-Box but don't do enough of that kind of work to justify it.

Nice Idea, I was thinking of a way to keep it set up. I do have the Freud Box Joint Set too. I may do this or set up a router table for it, I have my old fix plate for my router table I could use. Dan
