    Laser tube not getting power

Hello all I have a Accuris Powersharp 12 that has quite firing the laser. I sent off the tube to have it check I had it recharged about 8 months ago.
They tested and ran the tube for 3 day with no problem. So I was told it looks like it is a power supply problem I order a new one it was not the same
as the one that came in it but was told it would work just to wire it up like it say we did but we are still not getting any power to the tube none of the lights come on
on the tube at all there is a rely what was not powering up but now that the new power supply is in it is powering up but not getting any power to the tube.
    Any Ideas on this.

    thank you

Have you checked your fuses to the power supply ?
Usually you have one fuse for controls and one for the power supply.
Did you check all of your safety switches ?
A malfunctioning safety switch will kill your laser. (lid or door open, water supply if you have water)
    Emergency stop switch ?

I have not been able to find any fuses.
I does not have a water supply and not emergency stop switch.
All the safety switches look good.
I will look for the fuses some more.

    thank you

Do you have any led's or lights on the power supply that used to light up ?
Double check your new wiring. Sometimes the fuses are located in the power receptacles.
There are fuses somewhere. Maybe inline with a key switch or inside the power switch.
They can be just about anywhere now days.
