Weatherproof Frame

I have a 8 x 12" IPI sign I have made for a outdoor application.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to frame this sign using a similar produce such as Xterior by JRS.
Xterior seems to be a good solution but their pruction time is 24 - 30 business days which, for this job, is too long.

Why not fabricate your own frame out of acrylic? You got a laser- I wouldn't even think of buying a frame for just one sign.

Hi Larry,
I would do something out of acrylic however this will be outdoors. Here in Western NY the winters can be brutal.
I think the acrylic would probably crack and break after time.

I'm sure that the acrylic manufacturers would beg to differ with that. Perhaps you can find some information to ease your concerns on this sheet from Cyro (Acrylite FF) http://www.acrylite.net/sites/dc/Dow...Properties.pdf
