They look to be very similar to the K-body's but with a little different design. Seems to be a good deal if they are good.

Those have the look of Gros Stabil clamps (which came in black/yellow) in Bessey colors. I think Bessey bought out Gros Stabil, 1-2 years ago.
The GS clamps were well reviewed by those who own them.
