I say get it just because it is from the 50's and it looks like brand new. Plus I just like old stuff.
Heck that is so beautiful I'd put it in my living room.

Id have to snag it to... didnt really matter if id use it or not..

Thanks John
Don't take life too seriously. No one gets out alive anyway!
I don't have any use for a RAS. Hardly ever use my CMS but, that is a sweet lookin' tool. Is it really a small blade or is the saw chassis just that massive?

Wow! I was made in the 50's! I wish I looked that good...
They just don't make machines with that charm anymore!!
Comets have been used in commercial construction for a loooonnnngggg time. Get that thing it's worth more than asking!
Aloha, Pete
I have been wanting a radial arm and I don't need something huge. I will call tomorrow and see if it is still available.
PLEASE... tell us you bought this saw! $100?!?!?!?! And you had to ask? Scheech!

One more 'get it' response.
I'd stop by NAPA on the way home for a radiator hose elbow of appropriate diameter to put a 45- or 90-degree side discharge on that dust chute. A J- or U-bend would facilitate vacuum hose connection...

I really have no need in a RAS, haven't owned one in 25 years.
But I'd jump on that at twice the price.
