I purchased a 60 watt laser from eBay.
- Purchased a 60 watt laser and received a 1000 mm 40 watt tube which has now gone out.
- Had the Blower go out in which they paid $150.00 for.
- Now they are telling me that since they told me to purchase a tube locally and they would pay for it.
- Purchased a replacement tube for $400.00 and they told me that they would only reimburse $350.00 and since they had already reimbursed $150/00 they would only send $200.00. Understand the $150 is for the blower.
If you purchase from China understand you will not have support, but it is great that there are american companies that are filling in like Rabbit Laser. So understand that bargain can be a bargain if you can stand alone without support from them. I am waiting for replacement mirrors and will be up with a certified 1200 mm tube that is a 60 watt.
they company has drug out the emails one a day for many days to the point that I can not give bad feedback. If you are a company that has to rely on your machine being up I would pay the price and get and American based company.
