    A popular gift this year...

....more ice cream scoops. Since I can't get into my shop much I turn as I can. Told family their gifts will end up done late. One is cherry wood and the other is lignum vitae, both are finished with spar.

Love the scoops. I think the handles look comfortable to use. When can I expect mine. I must be a long lost cousin or something ain't I............

Very nice scoops Bonnie! Nice size to the handles - should make them easier to hold onto! Really like the cherry - looks like there is a little bit of curl!

    Very nice!

    Bonnie,

Your original post caused me to turn three of these for Christmas gifts, too. They're lots of fun, aren't they? So far, everyone's raved about their gift, but it's only been one day!

Hmm, I wonder how much polishing that brass is going to require? Maybe the ladies in my life will be cursing me before too long. If so, it won't be unusual...
