    Question Help with CerMark

Can anyone help, I have done a dozen Zippo lighters with the CerMark Spray LMM 6000. Six took the logo I lasered just fine and have held up to pocket ware. The other six faded right off the bat.
Question: Should the spray be applied thin or thick and does repeating the run burn off the CerMark?? What settings for my 35 Watt Epilog would you recommend so that the logo's stay on?? and any other advise you may have... I sure would appreciate!!

The settings I have used (45 watts) are 100% power, 50% speed at 400 dpi.

Thin is better, thick is wasteful and tends not to set as well. Multiple passes should not be needed, I don't know what the effect is. Many materials including zippos can have a clearcoat on them which prevents the cermark from adhering. What I do is place them in a jig so they do not move, engrave
to burn off the clear, apply the cermark, then run again.
