Does anyone know where I can get the pattern for this Fingernail Jig so I can use it with my Wolverine System?

You may measure off from this pdf copy. It is to scale.

Not sure if this is what you need. I use the one that Darrell Feltmate makes, it is a square block with a dowel and hole in it. It is at http://www.aroundthewoods.com/
    Hope this helps.
    All the best.
