    Talking Pre-Gloat is Official

After double checking, the new tax law passed in Kansas does not appear to impacting my ability to order from Grizzly. So, I just ordered the G0513. Umm, Christmas is coming early this year. I guess i will have to take a trip to Springfield another time. Now maybe the time I was going to take off to drive there can be spent cleaning the Bandsaw and getting it up and running.... here's hoping for a quick delivery and a high quality product. And, maybe nice weather for some golf .

Scott congratulations, I have 4 Grizzly machines and love each one of them and have had no problems with any of them. They have great customer support also.

Another new tool to the SMC fold! Congratulations on your new band saw, Scott...you'll really enjoy having a larger machine in your shop.

I will, its the price of bandsaw blades that might give me the heart attack. Geez, I was use to buying the Woodcraft blades at about $12, saw the PS Wood were $50. I'll have to start researching to find the best deals and quality. I know I will need a 1" 3 or 4 hook, 3/8" or 1/2" and maybe a 1/8" or 1/4".

Scott, PSWood/Woodcraft charges close to twice what the Timberwolf is direct from Suffolk. But seriously, consider investing in a 1/2" Lenox carbide blade...it may last you for years.

    Its about time

Glad to see my badgering you finally got you to pull the trigger.

Scott got the go to order it on Saturday and waited until Monday afternoon to order it. If it were me, that bandsaw would have been ordered around Saturday noon when the old one got sold at his garage sale.

When you get your bandsaw, leave that high dollar resaw blade on it, so I can come over and do all my resawing.
If at 1st you don't succeed, go back to the lumberyard and get some more wood.

The SWMBO wanted to know if I ordered it and said, great I was wondering. Man, I am sure lucky, maybe should have said I needed the MM16 instead. That wouldn't have flown.

Jack, I just hung up on you.
