    A little veneer gloat

    Not sure what to use it for but had to get it. Maple burl from Joe Woodworker.

    Veneer like that can be habit forming...but then again, I suspect that's why Joe has it available. Nice!

    I'm tellin ya. His site is like a discount liquor store for an alcoholic. I think I've lookhe at everything on his site at least twice. Not to mention all the great information he has available on everything veneer.

    Sure looks nice and flat for a burl. Does he pre-flatten the stock? I couldnt resist ordering some extra Bubinga Swirl last time from Certainly Wood. Nice find. Be sure to post a pic of the final piece.

    Thanks Brad. In his listings he states if it's flat or not. You can check it out at www.veneersupplies .com I'm finishing a Bubinga project as we speak as well. I'll be posting it soon.
