    Bad picture, per-usual...

Okay, got the spalted pecan bowl finished. I didn't think it turned out to bad. I made the bottom sides thicker to add some weight. 2-3/4" high, 5-3/8" diameter, thickness varies.....

    Very nice!

I do love that rim treatment Bonnie. The rest of the bowl is beautiful too. It is a showpiece.

Very nice bowl, Bonnie. You know, I only learned about 'spalting' a couple of years ago, and it is my favorite wood feature, even above beautiful grain patterns. Nature never ceases to amaze and humble me. Mike

Good looking bowl Bonnie! Beautiful wood spalting and color. Like the others have stated - the rim treatment adds a little something extra to the bowl! Very nice work! Looking forward to seeing more!

Bonnie the bowl is a beauty out of some beautiful wood. I like the rim treatment. Well done.
