    Mountain lion in relief

This is mountain lion done in relief. Wood is basswood - about 22" x 33" x 2". It started out at about 19-1/2 pounds and is now about 10 pounds. Shading was done with a woodburner. Finish is several coats of tung oil.

Very nice job. Has good perspective and the lion stands out because of the different finish.
