I found a Grizzly G1071 Floor OSS in the Chicago Craigslist - $400. Went and got it Friday. Got the gear oil changed, spindle greased, table pivot points greased, and CI and inserts cleaned up and waxed. Runs like a champ now. Also came with a mobile base.
The Floor OSS machines usually come with three inserts (from vendors like Griz, SC, and Jet). Mine came with 10. Aparently the previous owner had some additional plates made including a solid insert. Did not realize that when I bought it but it is pretty nice to have these. He even had a zero clearence one made for the 4" model. Here are the pictures for proof.
