Hey Dennis Peacock! First We find out that I'm living a mile from where you use to live in Alabama and now with this posting I find out that we were in Italy at the same time! I was at Camp Darby at Livorno Italy. I was an MP from 1976 to '79. I guarded an Airforce ammo dump, well actually I chased rabbits and watched grass grow But the commies didn't come down thru the gap on my shift My father is a retired Army Chaplain of 20 years, and I have 2 brother in laws who are Army, one is the Aviation Officer for the State of TN National Guard and the other just retired from a brigade command at Ft Hood where he was an Apache pilot so the military runs in my family. Thanks Waymon for your generous donations!!
Philip Duffy; 31 years USN. Rear Admiral, Naval Aviator, helicoper pilot; trained 2 astronauts to land on the moon. Twice a ships Captain. Viet Nam x2, etc, etc. Turned 9 pens and taught 2 new turners at Tidewater Turners at Woodcraft back in March.
Thanks for the honor of serving our beloved country and its beautiful Constitution! Phil

What a great offer, send in 10 for me. I served from 1972 - 1978 USAF. I too am the son of a military father (USAF) and my son is in Afganastan right now. I will be turning up the lathe and putting together as many pens as possible.
