Can someone tell me where I can find signage parts like Stainless or aluminum standoffs, washers, grommets, or kits with these type of parts?

Jeff, I've bought a fair amount of standoffs from Outwater. They have an incredible catalog full of a lot of useful things.

    www.outwater.com

page 90,91, and 92 on the online catalog

I too have used outwater, used to have their catalog that was over 2" thick.

I like http://www.pro-dec.com/ for screw caps,

    and

    http://www.signstandoffs.com/ for standoffs.

Grommets I buy locally at a fabric store that specializes in tent/awning supplies. Before that I used Grimco but they stopped carrying #0.

Grimco also has good sign mounting hardware, like brackets to mount on posts.
