Jim, i am really amazed you have a big stable machine... but you are only doing cabinets with it... I don't know why you not do carving!!!! I think you can improve your business by doing such carving work on the cabinets...

I am not that good as you think... i don't know much about the wood as you know... I have nil experience as compared to you... You are the real woodworker, i am just an apprentice...

The 28th Feb, Funfair shocked me to do more and more work... Peoples come to my home and want to see what i have produce... I didn't produce much as committed.

Pray for me, its very hard to please all the people all the time...

James... Thanks for the offer, but i need no tools.... Necessity is the Mother of Invention... A couple of months ago,I got some high Quality Tools from one of the friend among you...and i think those are enough for me...

I stucked in the new tooling like Barley Twist Tools and its Family, that are new to me... If you have dimensional drawings or skecth of that tool then please send me... that will be great help from your side..

    Again thanks for offer...

    Regards

Did you design the texture pattern yourself?
How many operation files did it take to complete the project?

I designed all the toolpaths in Vcarvepro including the textures too... it has 03 operations in a single File..
    1- Pocketing
    2- Texture carving and then
    3- Finally Cut out
    Thanks
