    Bob Marino retiring

Bob Marino is retiring and is company is no longer the same.

Last night I entered an online order c Bob Marino's best tools. The address I entered had a mistake. I attempted to correct it and the software took me back to the order page as this was the only option to make a correction. Then I received an email saying I had ordered two items. Responding that I ordered one I was directed to Beaver Industrial tools [no directions how to do that] Calling Beaver the agent confirmed Bob is retiring and Beaver is taking over his company. Bob's level of service will be missed.

Bob retired and sold the business to Beaver Industrial Supply in early February. This was widely announced--there's even a thread here--and is also detailed on Bob's web site, too. I'm not sure why it accepted an order, but just messaged him about it.

I have dealt with Beaver Ind. Supply. I can vouch for their CS. They treated me as a valued customer. I' would have no reservations buying from them again.

Beaver has been nothing but phenomenal to deal with for us also.
