    Thanks Bob, The bowl looks like it had more depth to it like it was 6/4 or 8/4. It's amazing to me that you could do that with 4/4 wood. Thanks again for the info.

    Beautiful platter Bob. I really like the foot and detail (as well as the wood choices and combination).

    I hear ya on the photo tent - I have a 16" platter I need to get a picture of one of these days and think it may 'overflow' my tents usable capacity. (Oh, the terrible 'size' problems that come with finally turning on Mustard )
