Already attach pics

I started a new thread where I wanted to upload a pic, but it already said it was uploaded on another post, which it was. My question is how can I have that same pic in another thread.

Just a guess but I would asumme you go to your post that the pic is in and right click on the pic and copy its location and paste its location in the box that says 'Upload File from a URL'

Go to the existing attachment and copy the URL for that attachment. In the new post, use the Image button (looks like a yellow box with mountains in it) and paste in the URL for that attachment.
