Help with new email address

I need to change my email address on this forum but can't as I have forgotten my password. It seems to be a catch 22, in order to change the email address I need to enter my password, which I have forgotten. The password can be emailed but my address on the forum is not active any longer.

This is the second post regarding this. And I have also sent an email to Aaron. It's not a big deal but I would like to be current.

Any help will be appreciated.
