This is the ornament I am sending Paul Heely.

It is afzelia burl with blackwood. The Pic didn't turn out good and it looks better in person. The picture makes it look like the curves aren't smooth but they are.

    Hope you like it Paul,
    Bob

    Recieved my ornament today

Recieved my ornament today from Chris Rolke, very nice but I got to hold it for about a minute it is now in my wife's collection....lol. She loved the bird said the bird looks better then the ones I use from Pat Catan's. Where do you find birds like that Chris? Thanks again and my wife thanks you. Bill

HI Curt, glad you like the look of it.

I thought I would make it from something different, there is a bit of a story and history attached to the wood I used, all will be explained in a letter that is packed with the ornament. It will be in the post tomorrow.

    It only took three tries
Thanks David. I've finally gotten out from under Thanksgiving and hope to get yours to you soon. I've got an icicle idea that I think will be a lot of fun.

Not at all Brian your ornament looks fantastic! I can't wait to see it in person.

PS - I am sending all my projects to you to photograph. I usually use the excuse "it looks better than the photo" cant use it this time
Thanks for taking the pictures. and for a great ornament

    Thank you Curt!

I received your ornament today and it is wonderful!

I do have a question though. Did Utah secede from the union again? The package said it went through customs!

Does anyone know Jon McCoy? I've tried to PM him and e-mail him and I haven't got a response. He's only posted 7 times so I wanted to be sure he's still around. I have his ornament ready to ship.
