    Parallel Clamps

    Paul D currently has a thread asking for pictures of how folks store their pipe clamps. How about some pictures of storage systems for parallel clamps?

    That looks like it should be both functional and easy to make. Care to same the dimensional data? Is that about a 10° angle on both the front and back stanchions?

    Dang, Lori I thought I was looking at a picture of mine for second...

    Of course, this was a test run before I added wheels.

    24"-->50" hung on the wall.
    12" clamped to back rail on table saw.
    Not shown are 4 98" I keep on an overhead shelf above the garage door.

    Vehicles in my garage shop most of the time so space utilization more important to me than easy access.

    Art I think that is the best clamp storage mechanism I've seen. I hope you don't mind that I am going to use it now.

    Glenn, looking at the picture of your clamp setup, I see what looks like a hangman's noose in the foreground. I couldn't afford to have that in my shop. I'd be afraid I'd hang myself on the spur of the moment when I realize I've made a dumb mistake. It would be a daily hazard.
