The piece of mahogany just in front of the keyboard is hinged (piano hinge no less) so the keyboard removable.

Mark,
The keyboard is a Doepher (sp?) 88 key full sized unit that is supposedly wieghted to have the same feel as a standard grand piano.
I can't prove any of that, but it's what the client told us.
We didn't modify it at all to get it to fit.
