    Stanley #0 ????

    There is an interesting Stanley Plane auction on eBay.

    I thought it was perhaps a #1, but the box in the second photo shows "one only" followed by a zero??

    Take a look and clue me in on this plane. It is going for around $1100 at the time of this posting.

    Is that a zero, or a white square with a "1" in the middle?

    The plane looks like a very nice example of a #1 to me.

    The length is about the same as the LN #1.

    Take another look at the photo, what could be a large zero if looked at differently could be a "1" inside a white box.

    OK, I got it!!

    You guys set me straight.

    I thought the measurements were for a #1 but that zero was throwing me for a loop!!

    Box logic

    I love the seller's comment that the box is disintegrating and may not survive shipping and thus should not add any value. Little does he know this nutty market!
