    Wood gloat

Me and a buddy headed out to Porter, TX yesterday to hack up a huge red oak tree. We had to roll 20 logs weighing no less than 200lbs a piece for 75ft out to the main road. The property where the tree was had low powerlines so we couldn't back our delivery truck right up to it. I included some pics of a bowl I turned out of a piece of scrap from that same tree.
    Thanks for looking.

    Good Gloat Liem,

I like your style too, steal one piece, test turn it and then go back for the big haul.

Nice haul Liem. That ought to keep you turning for a while.

Good to see you back. I guess you've been out watching that tree grow. Nice haul, and very nice job on that bowl. Obviously that lathe is serving you well. Looking forward to seeing more.
