Thumbs up A new use for my Trend Airshield...

I took this short week off to remove the roof from our patio, paint the shed wall and patio frame and reroof the patio. This morning I needed to remove the old fiberglass roof and lathing. I had bought some demolition blades for my Milwaukee sawsall so I put on my Trend Airshield, took the sawsall with a new blade. 15 minutes later, everything was cut into 2' panels. I took a sledge and broke the panels loose and loaded them into the truck. The Airshield kept the particles of fiberglass out of my eyes, and lungs and protected my face! Worked like a charm!

    Ken.

I'll let ya' in on a little secret.

We use the Trend Airshield, and the 3M predecessor for work in radiologically contaminated areas. Airborn contaminants.

We probably have more than a hundred of them at work. They rock.

I've never used one in the woodshop though.
