Yes, we are having "some" problems. Started in Feb., we got our machine in December . . . think we've been patient long enough. However, my husband has ask that I wait until Monday before I say anything other than trying to find out who runs GCC in the USA.

The Rep. I bought my Explorer from quit the company, so I now have to call the above office for service problems. This is the main US branch. If you can't get your problems resolved with them, I wouldn't hesitate to call Taiwan. It is my understanding that except for the handful of sales reps and distributors across the country, there are only 2 service guys in California to handle service for the entire country.
