I have not been able to turn any pens for over 2 years, but am starting up.

Is there any new information about how pens are to be shipped? Should the plastic tubes be used? Should we add our email address?

The address is corrent.

You can wrap your pens in newspaper if you like, whatever keeps them protected during the journey to the Middle East.

You can add your name and email address plus a little information about the pen. Those receiving pens appreciate the information and will often send an email of thanks for the gift if you provide your email address.
