    HDPE-Anyone Tried?

I'm trying to vector some 1/16" HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) and not having any luck at getting good clean edges. It tends to melt and curl around the edges rather than actually cutting. Does anyone have any experience with this material?
    Thanx.....

    HDPE-Anyone Tried?

I made some stencils for a lady but was using .031. It cut fine, but I've had similar experience as you did with 1/16" High Impact Polystyrene. It did cut but the edges were rolled. It may be that refining the process would have improved that but it may be that some of these softer materials when thicker just melt to fast.

Did you try various PPI/Frequency settings? (higher numbers would tend to melt the edge more)
