Downsizing shop - need help pricing 220 V tools ...

I'm moving soon & will be forced to downsize my shop - requires selling a few of my larger stationary tools. I have an idea based only on what I paid for them new, but was hoping the folks here could give me a better idea of what I should ask for each of the following, as I'll likely have to sell them fast when I get the final word with the new job:

General 350 10" cabinet saw: 5 years old, Beisenmeyer type fence w/rails cut to 24" rip capacity (due to small shop), not abused & in good shape.

Delta DJ-20 8" jointer: 3 years old, again not abused & in good shape.

    Thanks very much fellas...

Maybe price at 75% retail and see what you get for hits. You can always go down, but tough to go up. Good tools, too bad I am not close or had a shop that could handle the jointer.
