    Completed TV, bookcase cabinets

    Completed this a couple of weeks ago and installed them.
    Red Oak with dark walnut stain.
    I did these for a customer that I did Her kitchen and bath cabs for 3 years ago.
    Thankls for looking

    Oh. The blue tape on the hearth is temporary. Its holding on the trim pieces I glued on for her.

    I especially like the blue racing stripes.

    Lol. I put blue painters tape on the wall for her to touch it up where I skint the wall up a tad. Cabs fit tight.

    Very nice job, Steve. All the customer needs now is a plasma TV above the fireplace.

    They Look great - really look like they belong there, or better yet, like they've always been there. Looks like they are a perfect fit; I bet your client is thrilled. I know my wife would be if I ever got around to finishing the built-ins next to our fireplace.

    Are the shelving units in two pieces per side, or a single unit each side? They are great. Also, what is the finish?(I.E. shellac, poly, varnish?)
