Jimmy Carter, friend of Sam Maloof, is 100 today.

Here’s a FWW article I had not seen. I think I let my subscription lapse before this issue.

There’s probably a pay wall, so good luck getting to the article.

If everybody on this earth lived their life with the unselfish care and compassion he demonstrated for others we would be living in a far better place.
    Happy Birthday, Jimmy!

He has the kind of character we need more of as leader of the free world. I was especially saddened the night of the dust storm knowing it would be the end of him as President.

I like him too. Helicopters do kick up a lot of dust. It is odd that those pilots just sat there and let the engines suck it in. I had a contemporary issues class at that time. It was an hour every day dedicated to hating on Jimmy Carter. I stuck up for him as best as a 16 year old knew how which earned me a good solid D. I drop stuff off at the Habitat Re-Store almost every week. It is a fantastic resource! Thank You Mr. Carter and happy birthday.

Former President Carter has been an incredible asset for your country, and a role model for people around the world.

Happy Birthday Mr. Carter, if there were more people like you the world would be a much better place.

    Regards, Rod.
