    I suggest talking to Western Roller to see if they can remove the tire and recover the wheel.

    Someone suggested this stuff might work, I guess it might be the cheapest solution...provided cheap contact adhesive will work, rather than the expensive 3M stuff Van prefers.
    Guess you folks have plenty of retailers of this stuff over there, if you typed in... SOLID-PLY-REINFORCED-INSERTION-SIDE-SKIRT-NEOPRENE-RUBBER-STRIP-VARIOUS-SIZES
    It comes in various widths and thicknesses.
