    Zoro Tools

I buy hardware items for my business from Zoro Tools. I ordered some plastic clamping knobs and they were not as described. So I called customer service which by the way is open till 9:00 pm. A young lady answered and apologized. She said she would credit my order and to keep the knobs or donate them which I will to the robotics team at the high school.

A few hours later my paypal account was already credited for the refund. Great customer service and company business plan. I already ordered better knobs from Zoro.

Zoro is fantastic and they’re perpetually running promotions, so it’s pretty easy to get 20% off.

Don't ever miss Black Friday with them. They have some stupid cheap deals but they don't last long.

I purchase a lot of hardware and supplies from Zoro. If you get on their mailing list, they send 10, 15, and 20% off coupons frequently. Or, sign in, add items to your cart, then wait for them to send a coupon code to your email, which usually arrives the next day.

Their customer service is top notch.

Their search function isn't the greatest so I will occasionally use Grainger's website to search for items, then purchase on Zoro because they are less expensive. Zoro is owned by Grainger.

Zoro...one of my top go-go places to buy tools, hardware etc....
I discovered Zoro in 2017... it has saved me thousands of dollars (have always held out for the 20-25% discount).
Metal stock, small parts, safety stuff.

Just bought my 2 LLambrich keyless chucks there... JK10-MT2 ($207) and JK08-MT2 ($238) ... those were the prices with a 20% discount.

Rarely have I received any damaged or defective items.
Either they replace the item (free return shipping) or they just tell me to keep the item and they send out a new one.

Website is a bit wonky...as someone said, go to Grainger, look up the item, then order it from Zoro.
For some reason prices on Zoro are cheaper than the identical item on Grainger, sometime as much as 50% cheaper. I have no idea why that is.
Quite a few name brands, Dewalt, Makita, Milwaukee will be excluded from typical "% off email promos" ... you have to wait for a Brand specific sale for those.

    Same Zorro? Different Zorro?
This is Guy Williams (aka John Robinson of Lost in Space) as Disney Zorro

What no one has mentioned yet is their shipping. Most things ship for $5. This is a huge advantage for small orders. One order I had 36" rod come from two places, in hard cardboard shipping tubes, plus the rest of my shipment in it's own box...$5. I'm in Maine, most of my orders ship from Zoro in New Jersey, usually arrive the 2nd day after ordering, but sometimes next day.
