Maybe eBay. Old Delta/Rockwell machines are a bear to find parts for, especially for less common ones like that planer. Pentair era Taiwanese Delta stuff usually has a Grizzly equivalent and Grizzly is good for parts. That planer though looks more like a Brazilian made Invicta that Rockwell sold. Hard to say sight unseen.
What parts are you looking for? Some things aren't specific to the planer and can be got from Graingers and the like.

I am looking for the out feed roller sprocket. Looks like this. 20240321_190631.jpg
I spent a couple days looking online, and no one on Ebay has even a used one. I was advised to contact Motion Industries.
