    jpeg boundry

Anyone have any idea why when I imported a jpeg into my design that was requested by the client and I try to engrave it on a wood plaque the boundary of the jpeg is showing up. I have done many times in the past and never had this happen before, I'm using the RDWorks software that came with the laser in 2016 when I got the laser. I have not done anything different than before.

I was able to find a PNG version of the file and that fixed the problem. Still have no idea why it did what it did with jpeg file.
