Vent fitting for side of 10 inch round ductwork

Is there a standard fitting for an outlet vent on 10 inch round heating duct when the duct is in a narrow passage and the vent must vent out the side of the passage?

I could fabricate a box shaped chamber with the vent on the side. However, I'm curious whether there are ready made fittings that serve this purpose.
