    Speed Bloc (PC) sandpaper

I bought a H&L plate for my PC palm sander Model 340 (Mine is a 320). I drilled new mounting holes no problem.
I have a stash of 320 PSA. The PSA pad has a thick padded plate so is ideal for contour sanding. The H&L is hard backed.

    BUT

I'm finding it difficult to find 1/4 sheet PSA or H&L fine paper (>180). Not even rolls. (NO sterated)

Do folks buy 6" discs and cut them?

USA1 abrasives sells self adhesive 4 1/2 wide rolls up to 600 grit at least, and I believe Porter Cable does as well. So they are a little wider than a 1/4 sheet but easily trimmable...

The Woodworking Shop Store (Klingspors) should have it. I have several rolls that I use for making my own sanding blocks.
