Any hope for end grain cookie trays

I have a large amount of wood, mostly in slabs but also quite a few large end grain cookies.

My main idea for the wood is end tables, but for the smaller pieces / scrap, would trays and dishes hold up?

I'm doing these on a cnc and up for incorporating some live edge of I have to skip the pith.
Mostly sycamore for now but have spruce oak and maple bits too.

If the cookies are a full circle, there's almost no hope that they will not split radially as they dry.

They are about 1/4 of the tree. There is already some checking.

I can probably fill with epoxy or cactus juice. I guess I'm most concerned if it will crack in half anyway.

Cactus juice fills at a cellular level, it's not for filling cracks.
