    Lasercut Software communication error

    Hi all,
    I have a problem with Lasercut software not communicating with one of my lasers as per the following screenshot, any suggestions would be gratefully received. Perhaps I need to re-download the configuration settings, but I can't remember how to do that, it has been many years since I last had to do so.
