How long does total boat epoxy need to cure before poly coat?

Any tips on how long total boat 5:1 fast epoxy needs to set up in a knot/void prior to application of a 2K water based polyurethane to the finished project?

TB website lists a 10-25min working time and 3-5 day cure time, both at 75 degrees. Does it need to set up for the full cure time prior to finish application? Thanks!

I'd give it the full 5 days they say it might take.

YYMV on this though if you're willing to assume any risk.

Epoxy cure time is a strong function of temperature. An epoxy/catalyst combination which cures in four hours at 70 degrees may take 2 hours at 80, and eight hours at 50 degrees. So if you’re in an unheated shop in November, move the project into the house.
