Interesting...

Have seen such on a few "Low Boys" where they applied the beading...everywhere....and usually they used nails in the curved sections...rose headed nails at that.

Yes Steve, some of the low boys are very rich in detail - probably very time consuming to make.

Thanks William. I have several scraps of wood from other projects and was able to get most from that pile. We had a good time at the Landis Valley Museum Harvest Days once the morning rain cleared up.

Thanks Phil! I had a good supply of the figured cherry veneer from my serpentine chest of drawers so I decided to use it. I used hot hide glue and hammer veneered it. That is always fun.
